Introducing DC Workflow
Drop a PDF and the review assigns itself to the right discipline, closes on the day you set, and stamps the sheet when it's done. Transmittals go out with a download link per recipient, so you know who opened what, and when.

Main Features
Speed matters when you touch a hundred documents before lunch. DC Workflow syncs in real time, runs from the keyboard, and never makes you wait on a page load.
When a reviewer approves a sheet, your register updates before you could have asked.
Ctrl+Enter starts a review. Most of the register works without touching the mouse.
Read reviews as a register list or a kanban board. Same data, whichever scans faster.
Works on the plane or in the site shed. Changes sync when you're back on the network.
Each project keeps its own deliverable list, team and review rules.
For night shift and badly lit site offices.
Document Numbering
Every organisation numbers documents differently. Build your format from custom segments — numeric or alphabetic, fixed or variable length — separated automatically. Give every value a description so a code like 413-MEC-DS reads in plain English. The final four digits are always a running sequence.
Guard-railed setup: 1–5 custom segments. Choose numeric or alphabetic, then fixed length (every value the same width) or variable (values can differ, like M and MAN). Add allowed values with optional descriptions, then pick the active value straight from the live preview above. Drag the ⠿ handle to reorder segments — the document code rearranges to match. The last segment is always a 4-digit sequence, assigned automatically — it can't be moved or removed.
Feature Spotlight
Hit Ctrl+Enter and the review is underway: a reviewer assigned by discipline and document type, a due date on the calendar, and an automatic close when the window ends.
Set who reviews what once, by document type, project and discipline. Every revision after that lands with the right engineer on its own.
The register shows where each document sits right now, so you can answer "where's it at?" without opening your inbox.
Give the review five days. When the window ends, DC Workflow closes it and escalates whatever is still outstanding.
Integrations
Your project lives in Microsoft 365 and a shared drive. DC Workflow plugs into those instead of asking anyone to move.
Link files where they already live. The register always points at the current copy.
Create reviews from Teams and get notifications on updates.
Mark up drawings in the browser: clouds, comments and stamps, no desktop install.
About us
I've run projects at UGL, Civmec, Monadelphous and CBH — on the vendor side, the contractor side and the client side. DC Workflow is the tool I kept wishing those jobs had.
Principal Product Manager and lead at Piksort. Project Lead at CBH. Plus Eight Alum.
Drop a PDF, pick the reviewers, set the due date. The first one takes minutes.
