How it works
DC Workflow runs as a tab inside Microsoft Teams and stores every file in your own SharePoint. Here's what happens when you start a review.
Open DC Workflow in Microsoft Teams and drag one or more PDFs onto the Reviews tab, or click to browse. Each file goes straight into your organisation's SharePoint. Nothing is stored on DC Workflow's servers.
Drag & drop PDFs here, or click to browse
For each document, choose the review purpose: IFI (Issued for Information), IFA (Issued for Approval), or IFC (Issued for Construction). You can also edit the document title to match your project naming convention.
Reviewers are auto-assigned by discipline and document type, and you can add anyone in your Microsoft 365 organisation by email. Pick one final approver; their sign-off closes the review. Everyone is notified through your own Microsoft 365 mail.
Choose how many business days reviewers get. DC Workflow calculates the close date, skipping weekends, and closes the review automatically when that date arrives. Pick a preset or type a custom number of days.
DC Workflow issues a transmittal reference (e.g. TR-2026-0042) and emails every reviewer their own download link. Each download is logged: who opened it, which file, and when. The full record (submitter, reviewers, documents, close date) is stored in your SharePoint for audit and certification.
Runs as a native Teams tab. No extra browser windows. Access from desktop, mobile, or web Teams client.
All documents stored in your own SharePoint document libraries. Your data residency, your retention policies.
Authentication via your existing Azure AD. MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO policies all apply automatically.
DC Workflow installs into your Microsoft 365 tenant. Drop a PDF and your first review is under way in minutes.
