Pay for what you use.

There are no seat licences and no minimum users. Invite the whole project network, from the client's engineers to the fabricator's drafters, and the bill doesn't move. You pay for two things: pages reviewed and storage used.

How billing works

Two meters. Nothing else.

Your subscription includes a monthly allowance on each meter. Usage inside the allowance costs nothing. Usage beyond it is charged at the per-unit rate and billed through Microsoft Marketplace.

Questions

Answers, up front.

How does Microsoft billing work?

You subscribe via Microsoft AppSource — the subscription appears alongside your other Microsoft services in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. Usage is metered by DC Workflow and reported to Microsoft Marketplace. Microsoft consolidates charges and bills you in your existing agreement currency at the end of each billing period.

How many users can I add?

Unlimited. There are no seat licences and no per-user charges. Invite every party on the project and the bill doesn't change; it's calculated from pages reviewed and storage used, nothing else.

What counts as a "page reviewed"?

Each page of a document submitted through a review workflow — RFI, transmittal, submittal, or revision — counts as one page. A 30-page drawing package submitted for IFC review counts as 30 pages. Re-submissions of the same document are counted separately only if you initiate a new review cycle.

What does the storage meter cover?

DC Workflow stores workflow metadata, audit trails, review records, and transmittal history. Your actual documents remain in your organisation's SharePoint or OneDrive — we never copy or store document file contents. Storage charges reflect the metadata and audit data DC Workflow manages on your behalf.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Both have a $0 base fee. Monthly billing includes 125 pages and 5 GB each month; annual billing includes 1,500 pages and 60 GB across the year. Monthly lets you cancel any month, while annual commits you for the year. Annual plans may carry better volume terms — contact us to discuss.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any time through the Microsoft AppSource portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your workflow records and audit trail data are retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can request a full export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Is there a free trial?

Free trials are not available in combination with custom metered billing dimensions on Microsoft Marketplace. However, we're happy to run a guided pilot with your team — get in touch and we'll set it up directly.

Do you offer enterprise volume pricing?

Yes. For organisations with high page volumes, we can discuss custom metering thresholds, volume discounts, and dedicated support arrangements. Contact enterprise@dcworkflow.com with your estimated monthly volume.
