Common issues & troubleshooting

Having trouble getting DC Workflow running in your tenant? The support page has a full table of common Microsoft 365 setup issues with step-by-step resolutions, including sideloading errors, admin consent requirements, Conditional Access blocks, and SharePoint permission errors.

For issues not covered there, email support@dcworkflow.com with your tenant domain and a description of what you're seeing. Include any error messages shown in Teams or the browser console.
